We may also use information to create aggregated, anonymized, de-identified, behavioral, statistical, and analytical datasets and insights, which we may use for any lawful commercial or non-commercial purpose.

User-submitted content and related metadata may be processed by AI and machine learning systems to generate interpretive analytical outputs. By using the Platform you understand and agree that:

• •outputs are generated algorithmically and are probabilistic and interpretive in nature,
• •automated systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or evolving outputs,
• •outputs are analytical opinions, not factual determinations,
• •processing may involve trusted third-party AI infrastructure providers under appropriate contractual safeguards.

We retain discretion to evolve the AI systems, models, prompts, and infrastructure used to process Platform data.

Myrmidon Group may create and maintain aggregated, anonymized, statistical, behavioral, and de-identified datasets and analytical insights derived from Platform usage and content ("Analytical Insights").

Analytical Insights may be used, retained, shared, licensed, distributed, and commercialized for purposes including:

• •research and benchmarking,
• •business and market intelligence,
• •platform optimization,
• •AI model improvement,
• •product development,
• •industry, sector, or trend reporting,
• •commercial licensing to third parties.

Analytical Insights are designed so that they do not directly identify individual users. Once information has been aggregated or de-identified, it is no longer treated as personal information under this Policy and is not subject to the access, correction, or deletion rights described below.

We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies, including:

The Platform is operated from the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.

Data protection laws in these jurisdictions may differ from those in your country of residence. By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States and other jurisdictions for the purposes described in this Policy.

We retain information for as long as we determine reasonably necessary to support:

Aggregated and de-identified Analytical Insights may be retained indefinitely.

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. These measures are calibrated to the nature of the data and the risks involved.

No system, transmission, or storage method is completely secure. We cannot and do not guarantee the absolute security of any information transmitted to or stored on the Platform.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

• •request deletion of certain information,
• •manage communication and marketing preferences,
• •manage cookie preferences where applicable.

We will respond to verifiable requests in accordance with applicable law. Aggregated and de-identified Analytical Insights are not subject to these requests.

This section applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the "CCPA/CPRA").

Subject to verification and applicable exceptions, you may have the right to:

Aggregated and de-identified information is not considered "personal information" under the CCPA/CPRA and is not subject to these rights. We use de-identified data in a manner intended to comply with applicable de-identification standards and do not attempt to re-identify it.

This section applies to users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland (collectively, "European Users") under the General Data Protection Regulation and equivalent laws ("GDPR").

We process personal data on one or more of the following lawful bases:

• •our legitimate interests (operating, improving, securing, and developing the Platform, including analytics and AI improvement),

Personal data may be transferred to the United States and other jurisdictions. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

The Platform is not directed to children under the age of 13, or such higher minimum age as may apply in the user's jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If we become aware that we have collected such information without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

We may update, modify, or revise this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our methodologies, analytics systems, business models, AI systems, commercial practices, legal requirements, or Platform features.

When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

This Privacy Policy forms part of the legal framework governing your use of the Platform and should be read together with the News-Intel Terms of Service and any other applicable agreements. Your use of the Platform is subject to those Terms.

In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service with respect to data practices, this Policy governs.
